Cancellation of the products once payment is made, should be done by sending an email to taranbirsahni@gmail.com.
If the product received by the customer is in damaged or defective condition or if the product delivered is different from what they have ordered, they can return the product in the same condition i.e. in its original packaging along with original tags and with the invoice in case of a physical package.
To claim the refund, the Customer has to send an email to taranbirsahni@gmail.com within 24 Hours of purchase of the product or service from this Website. The email must clearly explain the reason for returning the product or service, and contact information of the Customer. The claim for refund will be reviewed by our internal service team, and the Customer maybe approached by our staff for remedial actions. Full amount paid by the Customer for the specific product or service (less merchant transaction charge of 3 % will be deducted) and the balance amount will be refunded. All refunds will be made within 15 working days from the purchase of goods or products.
